For almost 10 hours over the past three days I have been a back-up timer for the PACS (swimming championships). It's a pretty easy job: you just keep a stop watch in case their timer board doesn't work. Plus I made like $6/hour. Plus I got a Dean's Excuse to skip Pre-Calc (the most boring class there is). Sounds like a dream job, right? Yes, definately very nice. Only two downsides: you get really wet (ya, I know, go figure) and there were over a hundred guys walking around in Speedos (that honestly must be half the size of regular Speedos). *Shudder* I will never be able to look at the guys on our swim team the same way again.
