Ohhh New England!

Ahh, it's good to be back in New England.

I went to Wal-Mart on Tuesday and what a difference! The Grove City Wal-Mart has 80 million handicapped parking spaces and usually several Amish families packed into a 15 passenger van or using their horse and buggy to go shopping. As I walked down the aisles of my home Wal-Mart, the first thing I noticed was that about 80% of the people I passed were wearing Red Sox t-shirts. Near the registers an older lady was talking to a friend in a beautiful, thick French Canadian accent. I'm visiting Jay at FSC today and everyone here has wicked strong Massachusetts accents. Jay talks about going down the hall to the "bubbler," although his friends would say "bubblah." And I know that there's sure to be at least one Dunkin' Donuts within a 5 minute drive from wherever I am.

It's good to be home!
